I am excited to bring you my new book: The Theater of the Mind.

About The Book

Here, you will discover a process that has been proven to significantly reduce the symptoms of PTSD, trauma, and phobia in as little as one session. The Theater of the Mind draws from the latest advances in neuroscience, consciousness studies, and information theory, and suggests the human mind has an architecture. Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions are not stored arbitrarily but in patterns. Knowing how these patterns connect, and distressful conditions can be changed quickly and painlessly.

This book is written for the layperson as well as the seasoned clinician who is curious about the working of the human mind. The Theater of the Mind will not only provide you with a set of tools for the relief of PTSD and trauma but also show you the way to create a more vibrant inner world full of possibility and enchantment

Hi, I am Dan Abella, the founder of The New York NLP Institute. My background is in the hard sciences. I was obsessed with Physics and Mathematics and learning the secrets of the universe however studying Physics for many years left me with a deficit in my social and personal skills. I had no friends and was painfully shy. Loneliness eventually turned to desperation. One day I came across an article in Psychology Today touting a technology that represented a “quantum leap” in communication. After reading the article, I was hooked. I looked up Richard Bandler its co-developer, took his training in San Francisco, and in 1994 founded The New York NLP Institute. Since then I have conducted NLP training in NYC and other states to thousands of people. To say NLP has been life-transforming is to put it mildly. I have worked with people with life-crippling PTSD and seen their symptoms disappeared in a matter of sessions. Phobias, stage fright, and lifelong habits disappear quickly.
