Timelines are how we store the differences of our memories of the past, and our projection of the future. The TimeLine Process Therapy allows you to quickly work to release the effects of past negative programming and bad habits and convert them into successful and powerful strategies.

Timeline Process Therapy is a major NLP tool that enables you to release negative emotions. These include anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt from past experiences that no longer serve you.

During our one-day introductory workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Timeline Process Therapy.

a) How to Release Limiting Decisions. Let go of the limiting decisions such as “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not worthy of love, “I don’t deserve to be happy” and replace them with life-affirming expansive beliefs.

b) Release Negative Emotions. Learn to let go of anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt from past experiences that no longer serve you, allowing you to react freely to future situations – without the emotional baggage of the past.

c) Create a Compelling Future. Begin to design a compelling future that mobilizes all your energy and passion.

Seating is limited to 10 people since this will be hands-on experiential work. I will work with each one of you. I will provide session exercises where participants work with each other.
